Roomy, Squalid, Immaculate - Kiwi
"So, you do like this house, right?" said Lisa.
"Yeah, the location is great and the price is reasonable, too!" said Nina. "Great, if there's no other problems, then we can sign up the contract." Lisa looked inside of her bag, and tried to look for the documents. "Sure, I do not want to lose this awesome place. I have been looking for a new house for our new life. And I did have seen some good places that I was interested. It's just the price that my husband and I can't afford...especially we are expecting for another baby this year. This place... this place is just great for us. I love this house is roomy for our kids and dogs. Also the neighbour is quiet. It's not far from all the plazas and malls. I am sure my husband would like this place too. I can't wait to move in and start our new adventure!" as Nina was talking, she looked at Lisa but Lisa wasn't paying attention. "I am sorry, am I boring you? I am just very excited about this new house." Nina felt embarrassed. "It's ok, I totally understand. So, shall we?" Lisa didn't want to hear any more of Nina's exciting language. All she wanted to do was finish signing this contract and leave this place.
"I just don't understand why no one wanted to get this house? Especially the former owner kept this house in a such good condition and immaculate I have seen other places thats unreasonable squalid." Nina and Lisa walked to the living room and sit on the sofa. They are both ready to sign the contract.
"Cuz you don't know what happened before..." Lisa murmured.
