Well, damn. This last chapter had my heart cracking in all sorts of places.
That one shot of Persephone crying on her bed, clutching Hades' coat... ouch. I've been there. My poor baby girl. Semele going stir crazy, restrained by gender roles in the mortal realm. Hades showing self restraint and self-reflection while figuring things out plot-wise?
And Zeus, even this asshole admits his flaws. (Won't absolve him of the pain he's caused, but this is a start. Alas, words are just words unless they're backed up with action.)
This is such a good chapter! Ugh, feelings everywhere!
