integrating "negative" emotions into your manifestation
manifestation is not a robotic task. feelings you're not a fan of will arise from time to time. here's what you can do with them.
✦•···········•✦•············•✦ feeling emotions wholly ⋆˙⟡
when an emotion arises, let her be felt. let her bask in the spotlight and perform that monologue she's been rehearsing. give her a standing ovation. show her love, even if she's angry. show her compassion, even if she's harsh and berating. show her the acceptance that she craves. sit with her, even if it seems scary.
admit it, shoving it under the rug never does any good anyway.
✦•··········•✦•············•✦ don’t give your power away ⋆˙⟡
let me be clear: sitting with these emotions does not entail letting them whisk you spiraling into the hours of the night.
when you really level with your sadness, anger, annoyance, anxiety, etc., you see it for what it is and nothing more. so-called negative emotions are just a part of what makes life life. it doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong when manifesting.
you have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. your progress is not lost, your manifestation is still fully yours. no emotions can change that, only you can change that by reacting as if it's already gone.
✦•········•✦•·······•✦ emotions are 3D circumstances ⋆˙⟡
after you've lovingly heard this emotion out, no need to boot her from the premises. she's more than welcome to sit and watch as you remind yourself of your own power and everything you've claimed.
take a moment to remember that emotions are just another way the 3D gives you information. is it telling you that you deserve better? is it pointing out where you're still attached? is it warning you that you've been bottling up?
remind yourself:
⋆˙⟡ i decide who i truly am
⋆˙⟡ all my desires are already mine
⋆˙⟡ nothing the 3D shows me can change my fulfillment
this post got quite long so i'll make a part 2 on how to use this more specifically in your shifting practice <3
i’ll note here that, as with all manifesting advice, please take what helps and leave the rest! i am in no way a mental health professional so please take care of yourselves how you know best, and always reach out to a friend for support when you need it <3
