The former met last night, but deferred the decision until to-morrow night.
The dispute is an aftermath of the seven-year-old legal fight of the metal trades and metal masters. The lawsuit went to the Privy Council, and the unpaid costs are said to amount to $8,500. The local men say that the International should pay, and the International declines, hence the deadlock.
