At the end of Lockdown 2.0 of 18 days from 15 April to 3 May. The government has announced the Coronavirus lockdown 3.0 to extend by two weeks till May 17. PM Modi discussed the lockdown relaxation action plan during the meeting on Friday with several ministers and top government. They were Amit Shah, Piyush Goyal, and Nirmala Sitharaman. The Prime Minister’s Principal Secretary PK Mishra, Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba, and CDS Bipin Rawat also joined the review meeting conducted by PM Modi.

After a comprehensive review in the Lockdown, the government has taken the severe step and came across with solution. Coronavirus lockdown 3.0 is as despite the lockdown in every part of the country. The number of cases day by day was increasing rapidly and if the lockdown raised out then the chances of spread of coronavirus became unstoppable to an extent. Or no confirmed cases in the last 21 days. Those districts which are neither Red nor Green will be classified as Orange Zone district.

People like migrant workers, pilgrims, tourists, students, and other people who are isolated in different places shall carry out by special trains. The state governments, in terms of the guidelines issued under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Order dated 1st May 2020. We all know how Indian metros, trains, and buses have a crowd, especially during office hours. You can think if trains and buses started. How many times the confirmed cases will get multiply. So no trains and buses will run except for helping migrant people. The financial sector remains open, which includes banks, non-banking finance companies (NBFCs), insurance and capital market activities, and credit co-operative societies. It has advised in all zones that the person above 65 years of age or person with co-morbidities, pregnant women, and children below 10 years, shall stay at home.

The biggest and most economically important cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Ahmadabad are marked as the red zone. Red zones will stay under strict lockdown. The total number of coronavirus cases in India by 8 am on 2 May has risen to 35,365 with 1,152 people died. India recorded 1,594 COVID-19 cases in 24 hours, the highest 1-day jump in the death toll. Previously we discussed the lockdown extension impact on economical growth. All solitary shops, neighborhood shops, and shops in residential complexes should ensure 6-feet distance for customers.
