Such wonderful post this morning. At the weekend, we had the great pleasure of meeting @sueprinceartist at our Alstonefield gig. Turned out we were admirers of each others work, and you can imagine my joy when the postman arrived with these beauties: her isolation chronicles. A painting made everyday during the lockdowns. They are by turns heartbreaking and hilarious; always beautiful; and speak so eloquently of the strange shared experience we have all had these past months. I will treasure them, and use them in years to come to explain to Rosa about the odd times she was born into!
