I'm curious to know what the people who frequently criticize David Booth's every tweet think they're going to accomplish? He rarely interacts with fans, clearly he's very, very committed to his worldview, so is it not just a waste of time to spend a significant portion of your day going apeshit over a tweet from a pro hockey player?
I don't have any problem with disagreeing with his opinion, but every time he tweets, the same few people criticize him and his beliefs, and it's clearly having no effect on him, so why not just unfollow and ignore him? Is that not the more rational course of action? Most of the time, you share your opinion with someone you disagree with in the hopes of having an interesting discussion about it (not to try to convince them to agree with you or anything like that), and Booth obviously is not interested in any sort of discussion, so I see repetitively criticizing him (aka going on and on about how his beliefs are wrong etc, etc, to him and others) as a waste of time, and frankly, it's clogging up my twitter feed on most days with there's a tweet from Booth, so staahhhppp.
In this case, I'm very much not like Booth, and am curious to know what all you lovely Canucks fans on tumblr think?
