I was recently thinking about how cool Oscar Wilde’s Style is and drew up this sketch. I used this as an opportunity to practice drawing cleaner sketches since most of my digital sketches are very messy and hard to follow.
I’m planning to make either a GIF or short clip based off of this pose, but that will take a while so stick around hear more about it. I added the reference image below.

I originally intended for this doll to be a Wednesday Adams style. I started her eye makeup and wanted to use goth rustic colors and became more inspired by the Monarch Butterfly. My name (Vanessa) is a genus of Butterfly with species under it such as Red Admirals, Painted Ladies and The Kamehameha. So butterflies are kind of special to me and what make this Matryoshka doll design so special to me to, even though the Monarch isn’t under my name genus. Enjoy!

Random Inspiration struck at 4:00am Pacific and after and long and busy day these corded beauties were created!
I fell in love with these two breeds of dog while watching Hungarian Folk Tales on YouTube. The Little Puli dogs in the series are so adorable. Both Puli and Komondorok are such amazing and interesting dogs. Their corded coats kind of reminded me of my own hair since Puli and Komondorok have very curly coats that are corded to protect them from wolves and to make them easier to maintain. (I don’t have dreads)
In the Hungarian Folk Tales universe I imagined myself wearing an outfit like this as I go on far-off adventure slaying twelve-headed dragons and evading the devil at every turn.
I’m a bit surprised how my art style turned out so smooth in this piece. I made a sketch but free-handed small parts of it. The colors remind me of @leppu ‘s gorgeous work as hey are one of my inspirations and art role models.
