Loe’s gotta be the hardest to find a voice actor for cuz I imagine his voice is really soft and airy, I’d probably say David Matranga or Chris Patton

(the guy with glasses is voiced by Chris Patton and gets the volume across and the cool music guy is voiced by David and gets the kinda tempo across)
