Cardiophile Lando universe
Short description: Lando's always been fascinated by his own heart, the way it works tiredlessly to keep him alive and help him achieve better and better results on the track. He finds comfort in it after races but it's also the thing that can turn him on the quickest, especially if people talk about it, feel it or listen to it. In this universe you can read about how he's learnt to accept it with the help of his trainer, Jon, and how his supportive boyfriend, Carlos, engages in his kink to make him happy and show him that there's nothing wrong with him.

Fingertips universe
Short description: A universe where Max is a cardiophile that comes from a kinda-sorta abusive relationship (it's not really in the focus because this universe focuses on Gax) and tries to make it seem like he's fine and everything is fine, but George quickly realizes that deep down Max is not okay, and decides to show him how it is to be in a healthy relationship to help him heal from his past experiences. Also, early in the beginning, thanks to Max, George realizes he's also into hearts and is happy to explore this kink and help Max heal with the help of kinky role plays (CPR kink and doctor/patient role plays) and soft cardiophilia moments.
