Logan got home from work, unlocking the door to their two bedroom apartment and stepped inside. After she discarded her shoes by the door and set her bag down on the counter, she spotted Matt at the table. "Hey," she walked over to him, leaning down to press a kiss to his cheek. "You working on school or something else?" She raised a brow, moving to sit down across from him. She'd been on her feet all day and the instant relief sent a sigh passing over her lips. "It feels so good to sit down." Logan said, a laugh passing over her lips.

"Oh my God," Logan breathed out the words, lowering her sunglasses to make suer that she was not hallucinating. Lifting a finger, she pointed. "What the hell is that?" There was a man in a full-three piece suit, despite the sun being out. He was riding on a unicycle and wearing a top hat. Logan shook her head, "Please tell me I'm not hallucinating." Behind the man on the unicycle there was a few dancers that were dressed in a flamingo costume, following him in a synchronized dance. "Not every day you see something like that."

Logan had made a resolution for the new year that she would pick up a new hobby. One of her co workers had suggested Lake Legion and Logan didn't look into it. She thought it was the one where people went and took out kayaks around the local lakes but when she arrived at the marina, people had fishing poles. A sigh fell from her lips and she stood off to the side until she made eye contact with someone. It was too late to leave now, right? Logan approached, a small smile touching her lips more out of shyness than anything else. "So, I got this sorely wrong and I did not come prepared to fish. I thought Lake Legion was kayaking."

Logan and Aurora had been working together for some time now, since Logan moved to town anyhow. So, she loved going out to lunch with the other. "I still can't believe you are pregnant. You're just glowing." She was over the moon for Aurora, though it had been stressful prior to her finding out with Brody getting lost at sea. But, that was in the past. "Thank you," Logan said, taking the napkin with a small laugh. "I'm such a klutz with this phone. I swear, instead of dropping it on the ground, I always drop it in something that makes a mess. Like my leftover salad dressing." She shook her head, setting her phone back into her bag after showing Aurora some photos from Christmas. "Have you guys picked out any names?"

Due to living in a two bedroom apartment, Logan didn't see the point in having a lot of books. As much as she loved an aesthetic bookshelf, she knew that it was not something that was feasible in a place that was not going to be permanently hers at the end of the day. After going through her reading list over the holidays, Logan found herself back at the library. Yet, this time she forgot her list of books she wanted to read and was at a loss. She perused around the shelves, running her fingers along the spines of some and pulling out others until she came across another person. "Sorry to bother," she smiled in their direction, "do you have any book recommendations? I forgot my list."

Logan had been tasked with taking over the article that would capture the essence of Kismet Harbor for the November spotlight. She'd grabbed her notebook for notes, a few pens and headed down to City Hall where she knew that people were getting the boxes ready. Logan had shown up and was taken back by the number of people that were already there and working. Walking up to someone, she smiled warmly at them. "This is an amazing turnout." She glanced around, holding her notebook close to her chest. "Have you done this before?"

"Nicole," she gave the other woman a bright smile as she sat down across from her. "I'm so glad we are getting the time to hang out. It's been far too long since I've had a girl's night." Logan picked up the drink menu from in front of her and scanned it over. "Did you order?" She questioned, looking up from the list of drinks. "I'm not sure what I want," a hum left her thinning lips. "I'm torn between a classic cocktail, vodka cranberry or something a bit more fall, like this apple cider spritz." Her tongued clicked against the roof of her mouth. "What are you thinking?"

Logan loved going apple picking and she had not planned to stop on her way home from running errands but when she saw the sign, she had to. She grabbed a bag, prepared to fill it to the very top. Logan walked casually between the rows of trees, stopping every so often to pluck an apple from a tree. Some of them required her to get on her tippy toes due to her lack of vertical height. As she got the end of another row, she reached for an apple when a voice startled her. She didn't know what they said, because she was too focused on the fact that they were in the tree. "Jesus!" Logan nearly dropped her bag of apples, "The last thing I was expecting was someone in this tree." She said with a laugh, "Are you stuck?"
