Just had a logical thought...
If everyone hates that women are judged by their breast size, then why does it seem entirely ok to do the same thing to guys?
I've always thought this way but I finally figured out how to put it into words as I was talking with my mom about it, and everyone helps women struggling with this but I think that it's time we realized that a lot of guys struggle with the same thing.
Even in seemingly harmless jokes. I remember seeing a post about guys wrongly freaking about a girl's bra strap and referred to it like putting "it" out and she said "it's fine, he's just comparing by width." What if that really hurt him? I know he was in the wrong too but if the roles were reversed, would the reaction be different?
I know it's because women are always discriminated DIRECTLY and out in the open, but INDIRECT issues need to be dealt with as well and are just as important in my eyes.
Just a thought...please don't be offended...
