All Things Upper Elementary/ Fourth Grade Studio - double entry journal! Great idea to map thinking (a little less structured, once the kids have a handle on the connections/predictions/etc. format).
Reading logs are a great way of turning your child into an interactive reader. Use this as a guideline at home to help your child have a better idea of what they should be looking for when reading.
