É de Logunedé a doçura Filho de Oxum, Logunedé Mimo de Oxum, Logunedé - edé, edé, edé Tanta ternura É de Logunedé a riqueza Filho de Oxum, Logunedé Mimo de Oxum, Logunedé - edé, edé, edé Tanta beleza
Logun Ede, an Orixa specific to Candomble. The child of Oxum/Oshun (teal) and Erinle (gold)
Some might thing this is Erinle.. but it’s not. It’s actully him and Oxum’s son (note her peacock feather and mirror in his hand, totes oshun, and then the bow and arrow in his other hand which is totally Erinle). his name is LOGUN EDE, and he is the patron orixa of gay men and some lesbian women. He is split between being in the waters with his mother Oxum and being in the forest with his father Erinle hunting. His colors and blue and yellow as noted above. his feminine aspect is enforced by the symbolism of the river being a female orixa domain and the forest being where the ‘’guys’’ hang out.
