He gave a quick nod as Loki correctly guessed his name, "Yeah, that's right. Surprised you still remember, considerin' how long it's been." Lucifer wouldn't have been offended if she didn't remember, honestly, but it was still appreciated that she did.
Maybe Loki thought he minded when her response turned into a full-fledged story, but he showed no such annoyance- if anything, he was at least glad he didn't touch a nerve with his comments. He let the Leafmintaur tell her tale as she got more invested and emotional, taking the opportunity to settle down and make himself comfortable all the while.
Once finished, he let her words and the much lighter atmosphere they left behind settle between them, his previous hesitation all but buried.
