Dawson had just finished packing up all the little empty baskets back in his truck. People had purchased nearly everything he brought to the farmer's market, so he was grateful. The only thing left was a single basket of peaches and a single basket of apples. Turning, he saw a young woman nearby and approached, "Excuse me... sorry, I know this is really strange for a stranger to ask.." He said with his usual gentle intonation. "I just finished up at the farmer's market... and I have these peaches and apples left. I have plenty at home and just.. it would be a shame to waste them.. would you like these? No charge or anything, I just would prefer someone other than me have them." He held up the baskets, showing they were real.
