Last Night I dreamt that I was on the board walk and....

..the Situation for Jersey Shore was showing me to this weird out door restaurant made of wood at the base of a ten story hotel. Giant waves would come down and splash on the board walk and the street on the other side in a thin sheet of water. (a few months ago I had a few horrifying dreams about a tsunamis so this freaked me out.) The water kept getting thicker and thicker. Suddenly I was in one of the hotel rooms looking out the window at the waves. I yelled down to someone on one of the lower floors and asked, "what should we do?", They said to run. I thought about going to the tenth floor of the hotel but the waves, though far in the ocean where taller than the ten story building we were in. I go outside and my dad is sitting at a computer photoshopping a painting or something and I tell him and my mom who appeared next to him that someone told me that if the wind was at 4mph that could cause a tsunami and they stared at their screens and my mom said, "so what does that mean?", I told her that the wind was currently at 9mph and that we had to get out of there. The tsunami started but very slowly. The water was crawling up to the board walk while behind it there was a wall of water. All of sudden I was a little kid sitting in a chair next to my parents who were still on the computer. We were in a room now and the water was clear blue, like the water in Miami or something, it was very very cold and rushing in fast through an open door. I told my parents we had to get out. They didn't listen. Looking out the door it was dark and the water looked like lava. The water in the room was still water but looked darker and was rising. I yelled at my parents and said we had to go and they sat there looking at the computer and told me to stop freaking out. I closed my eyes and started having a panic attack and said, "I freak out about everything." I saw a flash of squid and seal and other sea life and woke up. 

I was in the middle of a panic attack when I woke up and I was scared to death. I keep waking up with terrible anxiety. :(
