I STRIVE for emotional investment, and my favorite emotion to capture is distress, anger, and frustration. They’re REALLY hard to draw (and i struggled a lot w their snoots and square heads) but they’re so worth it in the end. They’re some of the rawest, fastest burning human emotions and I love drawing them

2. Is it easier to draw someone facing left or right (or forward even)

depends on the character, but generally, i can draw a face shape in any way if i have their shapes broken down and memorized in my head 🕺
