Hello! May ask you what program do you use to make those rooms? Thanks before. (I always love designing rooms)
I love designing interior spaces, too. I used to study ID actually and I was addicted to the Sims for a while! But to answer your question:
For Kagami and Kise’s separate places I used RoomSketcher which allows you to create multi-level spaces, but I had to edit in my background scenery/views in Photoshop.
But for the Epilogue I used RoomStyler. It has the 3D rendering and lets you upload your own background scenery/views, but it has no easy/reliable way of making additional levels.
