Friends, would you please enlighten me: I'm watching diy clothing videos and most of them say in the title "tumblr inspired". These date back to 2018, 2017ish and I'm a bit at a loss because I was here on tumblr in these years but I don't remember encountering clothing diys/inspiration that matches the hipster-esque aesthetic these videos are aiming for? Has is just something to do with not having followed the right blogs or did my brain simply erase that and I'm the only one who can't remember?

Wonder

This is my favorite place in the world. I come here and everything is clean. everything is simple. Wake up, make coffee, sit by the window and watch the day begin. Later, go for a walk. Look for animals hiding all around you. After the walk you can take a long nap because, though overwhelmingly enjoyable, it was also arduous. During the rest of the day you can go into town or go to the pool. But; what I look forward to are the evenings. Maybe you don’t notice the first day but when everything starts to settle; your brain starts to settle, your mind widens to the nights wonders. All you need to do is look up. So that is what I am did. I bundled up went outside and looked up. I look up to see the endless possibilities that await me. I look up and see so much more than I ever would at home. I see so much more than I would in my own yard. I feel like I can see every star that there is to see. Yes I see all the stars I can see at home but I see more than just those here, I see all of them. All that are, have been and ever will be in the sky right now as look at this sky. Even the milky way is visible. All of it from the deck of this quant and perfect little house. I wish I could feel this way all the time. I wish all of my world was in this one little house. This house where my troubles could never find me and my care and love was never left unwanted. 

Sea Ranch, California. I sit here in the dark knowing that I could walk out the door and in a few short minutes be met by the ocean. I sit here looking up at the stars in blissful wonder.
