Captain Swan for the blogrates! My headcanon is that, as a child in foster care, Emma would take a book from every home she was sent away from. It started when she was three, and she took J. M. Barrie's "Peter Pan". Out of all of the books she took, she read that one the most. Even when she stopped believing she could fly away to Neverland and be a Lost Girl, she still kept it. After the events in the Enchanted Forest and on the beanstalk, she couldn't stop herself from reading it again.

oh! that’s one of my headcanons too! like that and princess bride would be her two favourite books growing up you can’t convince me otherwise lolol. that’s such a cute headcanon, her reading it again after the beanstalk and even neverland.

oh…oh um this is hard because it’s really dependent on the show. Like i live for ouat modern au’s but not across all fandoms…i guess if i were to choose though it would have to be modern since i’ve come across that more and have read more *cough* since i spend half of my time reading cs fanfics lol*
