Long Assignment.
William sighed for the hundreth time, hoping that he had read the report wrong. There seemed to be some interesting soul activity in the town of Leeds in the north. Something the Elders wanted him to investigate. Honestly, I am not even a field agent. Why must they send me to do everyone's dirty work. This is utterly ridiculous. To top it off they are sending me undercover with Knox. A junior who is not ready for this kind of work yet. The board must have collectively lost their minds.
He sat in his office brooding over his thoughts and the unfairness of it all, waiting for Knox to be ready to depart. Damn boy was so slow.
