For the 1967 Paris Motor Show, Pininfarina presented the Fiat Dino Berlinetta Aerodinamica (AKA Dino Parigi), designed by Paulo Martin. The shooting-brake style concept was built on a longer wheelbase than the production Dino Spider for improved aerodynamics. It was presented again at Geneva (the Dino Ginerva) in 1968 with a fastback replacing the square back styling.

The retro-style 2004 Chevrolet Nomad Concept was based on GM’s Kappa platform and was presented alongside the Kappa-based Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky. While both the Solstice and the Sky made it down the production line, the Nomad shooting brake didn’t get any further than the Detroit Motor Show.

The 1971 Peugeot 504 Break Riviera was a shooting-brake concept car designed by the Italian coachbuilder Pininfarina based on the 504 Coupé, also a Pininfarina design. Presented at the Geneva Motor Show, three prototypes were built, but Peugeot decided against marketing the car. Several replicas have been made using 504 Coupés.
