Boulevard's Long Strange Tripel. A 4 of 4. Lots of complex yeast presence in the nose and tons of pear and other light fruit. Unlike many other tripels, the yeast isn't intensely dry on the palate, but is well-integrated. The body has a nice thickness to it and finishes clean with a slight caramel/nutty sweetness, which is weird for such a light-colored body. Tons of complexity, and one of the best tripels out there, honestly.
