Our gluten-free handmade biscotti are now available at ‘I Sapori del Vallo ‘in Farmingdale, NY - Pick up a box of our amazing Almond or Plain Biscotti today that originated from my mamma’s traditional recipe and converted into gluten-free deliciousness! My journey to become a chef began a few years ago after several family members developed autoimmune diseases and could no longer eat foods containing gluten. In order for them to enjoy family traditions, I began my quest by taking my mamma’s traditional baking recipes and transforming them into delicious gluten-free alternatives. Many hours have been spent testing and refining our methods. Nonna Gianna’s Gluten-Free baking was born at Culinary Genes and quickly became a hit amongst our family and friends.
