The Festival of Paucartambo in Peru is well-organized chaos. Its major aim is to honor the Virgen del Carmen. On the streets you can meet wealthy Spaniards with long noses, black slave Negrillos, funny Maqt'as, people dressed in yellow masks symbolizing the deadly yellow fever, and, of course, all kinds of devils.
