I struggle with eating. I find many foods unpleasant (including most veggies) and have often wished that it was possible for me to never have to eat again - even if that meant I never could eat again. So it means a lot to me that I can have a lunch at uni that I am looking forward to eating because my beloved husband worked to convert a prawn laksa recipe into a meat-free, less spicy alternative that tastes delicious.
