what will my summer look like?
Two summer sublets available from June 1 to Aug 1 and one permanent spot in our sweet house in West Oakland (at San Pablo & 34th). Rent varies from $340- $390/month + utilities. Dates are negotiable. We are looking for queer/queer positive anarchist/anarchist positive folks to stay in our cute, vegetarian, clean, home for summer. We have plenty of common space including an amazing yard and Garden, two living rooms, 2 bathrooms, music room, and tools/workspace. We have an awesome dog and are open to more pets. We are community oriented folk who love friends, dancing, cooking for each other, crafting, making music, helping each other out, fires in the back yard, and radical politics. We do not love cops or people who call them, meat in our kitchen, folks who perpetuate oppression, or roommates that don't contribute to a safe/clean home. The vibe in our home is very cooperative and communicative and are looking for folx that will be a good fit.
