A sweet moment with a close friend. A big thing I'm learning on the island is how important relationships are for growth. I'm the kind of person that always does really well on his own. I love my space and solitude but that solitude can also be a barrier for self-protection. if there's one thing that I've learned more than anything else here it's how to open my heart and how to receive love better than I ever could before. I share this photo now of my friend Emma and I sitting and looking out near the top of Sleeping Giant on the east side of Kauai as I'm getting ready to go to ecstatic dance in my Sunday ritual. Sunday I let my heart overflow, dance without regard, and receive abundance from powerfully loving friends - some I know intimately and some I do not know at all. Relationships have a multiplying effect to know the connecting current of our universe.
