bujo highlight // May monthly spread
—☀️ after that little break in April, i was excited to bujo again. i experimented with a warmer palette this month. i enjoy neutral shades more now, but the peachy theme isn’t too bad. not as bad as how i forgot that there are 31 days in May, at least. 😅 (click/tap on the photos for hd.)

hey all ! it’s been a while since i made my own post.
here are some highlights and lowlights (anyone else listen to gals on the go?)
lowlights:
☽ i’ve struggled with gathering mental and physical energy to do my work
☽ i’ve spent lots of time on mandatory events, classes, and assignments that i don’t particularly enjoy (as much as i love my extra curriculars and my majors, there are aspects to them i don’t always enjoy)
☽ because of these two points, i haven’t spent as much time on my studyblr as i would like
highlights:
✰ i’ve created room for activities with friends that i genuinely enjoy and don’t feel obligated to do
✰ i’m representing the organizations i’m a part of with pride — whether on a shirt, instagram, or stickers, i’m actively choosing to remember why i choose to be a part of them
come into my inbox with some highlights & lowlights of the school year so far !! let’s talk (-:

01.08.2019 // Some summer reading to get done the last month of summer holidays and a pic from my trip to Brussels last month, absolutely lovely.
14.12.2019 | There’s nothing like spending 2 days -while you should actually be studying- in a different city with some friends and reading a really nice book. ☕️
190801: a quote box from one of my May spreads ✍🏼
—🌧 halfway through my second-to-the-last week of back-to-uni preparations, and the panic is starting to set in. some people think i’m neurotic for planning things a bit too early, but i just don’t like being rushed—which is what’s happening atm and it’s driving me insane. how long do y’all have before your classes start? what are you doing to prep for the new school year?

only a few more weeks before school starts! to get ready i’ve been...
✏️ waking up earlier
✏️ slowly adjusting back to scheduled days
✏️ organizing my planner (marking upcoming events & writing my class schedule for the day)
✏️ getting mentally inspired (currently reading ‘becoming’ and listening to ‘gals on the go’ podcast)
✏️ writing down my aspirations and goals for the school year
[ i’m very new to the community & i’d love if you looked at my studyblr. i follow back all studyblrs and i’m always open to talking— message/send me an ask! 🦋 ]
