To factory reset please go to EXTRAS SETTINGSMBOX OTHERS MORE SETTINGS BACK UP & RESET FACTORY DATA RESET ERASE EVERYTHING
Once done please update the system (BELOW)

Please follow the instructions below to complete a system update. This will fix the issue you are having with your box. If you continue to have this issue, please contact the manufacturer directly from their website. 1. Please go to Loolbox website from the box browser. 2. Choose Tech support 3. Then select How to install program, 4. Select the link that ends in 1.apk 5. It will download automatically. 6. Then press home bottom on the remote controller 7. Select Extra 8. Select APP installer 9. Click local disk- 10. Select IPTV-1.apk- 11. Click install 12. Click open, and your Loolbox is now updated
