The Abrenian Film Director, Dexter Macaraeg, watches the subject of his short film, Am-amma, Tingguian loomweaver Norma Agaid, onscreen at Abra Provincial Building. The loomweavers of Namarabar, a village located in the municipality of Peñarubia, Abra use Natural Dyes to colour their cotton threads such as Tumeric for yellow, Malatayun for Indigo and Sapang for pink. . Abra is the Natural Dye Capital of the Philippines. .
