Hi, I wanted to understand the concept of the loop... At the very beginning of the show, we are not at the beginning of the loop.. Is that correct.. I'm trying to understand how to catch the narrative from the beginning
Correct. The show opens about 15 minutes into the first narrative loop. I find the easiest way to catch the beginning of the narrative is to start in one of two places. Either watch the banquet and follow a character out of that (you’ll still see another scene before the actual beginning, but it’s pretty close.) Or go to High Street when Hecate does her walk down the street.
You can also listen for the reset music, which is sometimes called the Hitchcock Suite or the Vertigo Suite. This is what plays during the last scene of the loop while the character “reset” themselves back to the beginning.
