Machine buried on Mars?
Very strange looking. Main object looks like a hefty machined part and the loop structure on top looks like a handle. The temptation is to say the loop is shadow from a rock in the immediate background but how many shadows form rings around their casters? Can’t seem to find any other ring shadows in this picture which really does make the loop look like a handle for . . . something. Then there is the partially buried whatever it coincidentally (or not) sits next to, at a 90 degree angle. It doesn’t look like anything easily identifiable but it also doesn’t look 100% ‘natural’.
Anyway the obvious explanation is “rocks” but you make the call, I can’t get beyond the handle bit to make a decision.
