This blue knee-length dress has a double-layer scalloped embellishment around the hem, piping over the pocket openings, and raglan sleeves. These parts are made of dark blue satin. The main body of the dress is royal blue velvet.

This entire dress has a sheer overlay in the same material as the shoulder straps. The hem falls to mid-calf but flutters easily.

A pink jellyfish mermaid, where the humanoid torso is in the clumpy ruffled bit that hangs down from the bell, surrounded by stingers.
According to some online searching I did, the 'clumpy ruffled bit’ is called the ‘oral arms’. I knew jellyfish ate through that part, which is why I decided to draw the mermaid torso there.
She is hanging facedown, ready to grab anything stunned by her stingers, and feast. The bell acts as her tail.
