The NeXT Basketball Foundation has a motto that states: "We All Got NeXT." Each and every adult that participates in youth sports has the tremendous responsibility…
Each and every adult that participates in youth sports has the tremendous responsibility and opportunity to aid each player's parents in properly developing their children — the NeXT generation of adults — to be productive citizens and actively engaged members within their given community. We at NeXT want to take this important and valuable time in a child's life, while they're participating in youth athletics, and maximize the impact on their lives. Our mission is to develop young people for the NeXT phase of their lives through the game of basketball and community "give-back initiatives." We believe we can make a difference. We believe it's our responsibility.

For the past few weeks, we’ve been dropping in on shoots with various photographers, models, and companies. The other day we were at Lucky’s Market in Clintonville with photographer Stephanie Matthews, and followed her to Jeni’s at Easton the next day. The models were wearing local brands like Tin Roof Vintage and Flower Child. All of these shoots lead into The Columbus Book Project, a comprehensive look at the city through an artistic lens. The project, started by creative director Alexia Winfield, began out of a desire for Columbus to be presented in a more vibrant way than it is. We loved being a part of these shoots, and will continue doing more in the future. Check out Alexia's Instagram account here!
