People get made fun of so much for not seasoning their food that I feel like we've now done a complete 180, and people are starting to overseason their dishes. Sometimes a dish doesn't actually need 10 different kinds of spices and herbs for it to taste good. A lot of things actually do have a flavour of its own that can be enhanced with a bit of salt, pepper, garlic, butter, or lemon. It just seems like a waste of good seafood sometimes when I see it get covered in so many dried spices. How are you supposed to taste the natural flavours of the seafood? It just seems like you're covering up the taste because you don't actually like it.
