24: First book(s) you remember being obsessed with

oh my gosh so many. I remember in fourth grade I was completely obsessed with this series of books about cats (literally…about cats….) called warriors. that series was my thing. also in elementary school I loved the molly moon series.

also there was the gallagher girls series that I started in sixth grade and ended my senior year of high school. that series will always be one of my favorites because it literally just grew up with me :’)

39: Favorite villain

ahhhhh probably the Darkling? though I have many thoughts about that series so now I’m gonna rant about it a little….

16: Rant about anything book related

I did this one already and I was gonna skip it but now I need to rant about Alina Starkov and how hypocritical she was to constantly villainize the Darkling when all she cared about was Mal. She was willing to give up everything (the people of Ravka and their lives included) just because Mal felt threatened by her powers, her life that suddenly didn’t revolved around him, and Nikolai. Aleksander’s methods were problematic and morally questionable no doubt, but in the end he actually believed he was fighting for his people who he witnessed his entire life being oppressed. anyway…
