She is ALMOST fully functional (though it does not change her megascope appearance) I am just going to add some jewellery onto her. Best answer to "Oh why isn't her megascope appearance matching" because its the past and she changed outfits before going into Novigrad.
I can't finish Phil til I fix this what the fuck? the mesh and everything is there I don't know why I'm missing the file but I sure am. So I'm going to try and uninstall and reinstall my game.
