Loudly announcing fantasies of self-sacrifice is, in fact, incredibly typical & natural lina behavior (typically accompanied by exclamations of “Augh” “Eepy” or “Bwuh”). The reason for the dubious rating lies in the final sentence. Linas will often insist to anyone listening how “normal” they are, as an attempt to add a comedic air to their distressing thoughts. It can be difficult to tell if a lina is simply being dramatic, or if there are genuinely concerning thoughts underlying its jokes.
