iOTA qUOTA \\ Today makes about 2 years that I’ve officially been making music and I couldn’t be any more proud of myself. Found the pocket and feeling EXTREMELY comfortable. 2016 was a frustrating year; shit just wasn’t moving as fast as I wanted it to. Sometimes it’s easy to forget I’m not immune to the “process” that everyone stays talking about. Learning to embrace it and not thinking too hard was the key, and now everything happens organically and by feeling. Nothing forced. Nothing rushed. Everything on time and in time.
To the homies that have been there through the whole music journey: I can’t thank ya’ll enough. Really the drive and motivation comes from ya’ll. And the time I spend with ya’ll influences my music in a way that just makes it 10x more personal. If I’ve gone ghost, just know that I love you and I’m working on securing a future where I can enjoy life and be truly happy. I feel that dreams are real; and no dream is too big. And if I can inspire anyone to feel the same way or consider it, then I’ve done my job.
