On the road again...
Well, we finally had a break in the cold winter weather to squeeze in a run AND a workout outside! This week has been especially good for me, I worked out Monday (gym) Tuesday (nap time outside) and Wednesday (road run)... go me
It hasn't been easy recovering from this pregnancy. I will say, my uterus is still sore. I feel it when I run and I feel it when I do lunges. I wonder why it's so much more sore this time. I just ignore it and keep going, I hope I'm not hurting myself more 😣
I have to keep reminding myself, constantly, that it takes time, it's a slow process and, after all I did just use this body to create 3 beautiful and healthy human beings!
So I currently weigh 157lbs and my goal is to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 130lbs... I would also then like to start really toning and building muscle mass... since it will only start to deteriorate as I age. My goal is to keep this body thriving for as long as possible.
