My coffee is strong this morning. So good. I also took the boys to get donuts this morning, yum! As far as what I've been eating lately, it hasn't changed much other than eating smaller portions. I haven't weighed myself in a week and I don't plan to for awhile. I've come to learn that it brings me down more than helps me in this process. I want my workouts to be part of me and not some attempt to reach a goal. I guess the real goal is to feel healthy and active. I want to enjoy running again. I'm trying to get to the gym every morning Monday through Friday and if I'm not doing anything Saturday mornings. If I miss a day here or there it's ok. Im not pushing myself, just working on my stamina in trying to get running again. I'm not gonna lie it feels good. It all started when I bought a lot of jeans from someone (varagesale) and they were all size 16. I've been wearing all my old size 14 pants and they have been really snug so I decided to buy some pants the next size up. Well, when I tried on these new jeans they were so tight and barely closed. I'm happy to say, one week later, those jeans are now feeling looser and close easily. Yay!! On a completely unrelated note, Joshua Jackson on last weeks episode of The Affair?! Hubba Hubba!!
