Also another question, how did you make beach lots in "Paradise Falls" Terrain? I tried, but it keeps turning out weird.

You mentioned in the other ask that you’ve seen my flat beach lot tutorial, and that’s pretty much all I’ve done: my entire Paradise Falls (Westport) terrain is heavily edited with the cheat mentioned in the tutorial to flatten it more to my liking - including, and especially, the areas near water where I wanted to place beach lots. :)

How do you make your beach water look so good? Because I was looking at your "Beach Lot TuT" and I was amazed by the beach water :D So I was wondering if there was a trick or mod you used?

Nope, I don’t have any mods that affect sea water. :) Though I do use the sky objects on my lots, and they reflect on the water’s surface -- maybe that’s it? Other than that I just have the graphics set to maximum.

in Westport** you mean (Springwood is the family’s last name), but that’s not important! :p

You need to use the LotAdjuster to build row houses, there’s a tutorial on how to do it here at MTS. :)
