somebody help meee I can’t get a scrap of a song out of my mind and the only thing I remember is either a bridge or a chorus that goes something “my love is gone, my love is gone, my loooove” or “your love”, or something similar and it’s got this dreamy-indie sound to it (the cited part, can’t remember what the whole of the song sounds) if I remember correctly. I think a man sings it argh.

Lost Tunes // Volume 2

This week's volume of 'Lost Tunes' is brought to you by our reviews-editor, Chloe Gynne. Within the article, she lists off bands and artists like Jungle, Drinking Electricity, David Bowie, The Sherry Sisters, and Babylon Zoo.

Not only does she (somewhat) bash the choices of last week's contributor (one Mister Mark Riley), but she lists off bands that -- in her words -- weren't very good. Still, she's firm in her choices and all the songs are worth a listen nevertheless.

Mark Riley came up with a brilliant new feature. Each week, H&H contributors will be writing up a short list of "lost tunes" (the feature itself is aptly named, 'Lost Tunes') -- a collection of old, forgotten songs and even a handful of newer B-side (or bonus, or remix, or demo) tracks that didn't get as much release as the others.

Of course, Riley did the first article himself. In which he discusses songs from Cast, Heaven & Earth, Puddle of Mud, Coldplay, and Oasis.
