I think you’re kids are the Patron Saints of lost wanderers and guides for them

Ohmigosh, that's marvelous. Oh yes. They will cast around to find your track...

... they will look to see where it came from...

... then they will lead you all the way back.

There may be a few Short Attention Spaniel side adventures along the way, but in the end they'll follow that scent as far as they can.

uhhhh I feel like you all may like this concept I made, i mostly made the entity type because I didn't want to just fall into the same loop of "partygoer or partypooper, hmmm...."

so, lost wanderer lore dump.. now!!

Lost wanderers are wanderers that have completely succumbed to the backrooms, to the point they're classified as an entity, and sometimes transformed into something else.

The most common type of lost wanderers are grieving wanderers. Their only goal is to mourn what they could've had, and eventually rot away.

On rare occasions though, a lost wanderer may have a different goal, usually having abilities that assist them with it.

They usually become hostile whenever someone or something tries to stop them from their goal, this includes grieving wanderers. If you tried to stop them from mourning, they may become hostile and attack you.

One of the main examples I have of a lost wanderer is hikiko. She's one of meikos best friends, and her (original) goal was to be meikos only friend.

she hasn't entirely given up on this goal, she's just become content with where her friendship is at with meiko, even if she isn't her ONLY friend.

Hikikos abilities that she has to help her with this is the ability to float, and teleport.

There.. Are limits to her teleportation. She can only teleport to meiko, or those seen as "threats" (meikos other friends), as well as 3 waypoints she can set wherever she wants, so long as she's there

Lost Wanderers || Demi & Luke

Demi looked at herself in the mirror. She wanted to look presentable, at least. After her coming out with her problems, she was now feeling healthy and comfortable with herself. Of course there are those days, but who doesn't have them right? A small smile graced her lips as she ran her hand through her wavy hair before exiting her room. 

As she walked to the lobby area, her chocolate eyes grazed the room for a familiar face. She hadn't encountered Luke before but he seemed like a pretty laid back kind of guy. So she decided to explore the island with him. But their first stop was at the Game Room, which is something she was looking forward to. She wouldn't mind playing a few games before exploring the island more.
