Um- Can I request a soft validating Leon Kennedy short fic or like drabble- validating as in like the reader is trans Female to male. Leon from any game works he's always perfect. If not that's fine but ya, thank you.
Leon slams the door to the station’s dark room behind him, and you wince at the sound. You found yourself cowering on the cool wall by the lockers, trying to keep yourself up on your shaking legs, and ignore the tightness in your chest. It wasn’t just the burning of the running. It’d been too long since you put your binder on, you thought, as you tried to catch your breath. Didn’t seem like you’d get to take it off anytime soon, either, what not with the thudding footsteps echoing in the stairwell. You prayed whatever... that thing was, wouldn’t find its way in here. Leon kept his arms braced against the door.
“Are you doing okay?” You don’t entirely process Leon’s question until his eyes dart down to your chest and back to your face, with a nod towards you as if to say, you know what I mean. Your ribs tighten against the stiff fabric as you try to take a deep breath.
“I’m fine.” You say finally, brushing some hair out of your eyes. “What about you?” You retort, half-joking.
Leon smiles and shakes his head, the blond of his hair shimmering under the dim light of the dark room. He pats a gloved hand on his bulletproof R.P.D. vest. You roll your eyes a little at this.
“I took it off. You can’t tell with the vest, can you?” He says, almost pridefully. You huff and kick Leon lightly in the shin, making him recoil and laugh. “I could find you one, if you wanted. Consider it a tactical strategy.”
“No, thanks.” You trace your fingers across your collar, lightly sensing the fabric of your binder beneath your shirt. “Wouldn’t want someone to mistake me for a cop.”
“Very funny.” Leon grins. “Really, if there’s anything I can do... I get it, you know. You aren’t alone.”
“Thanks, Leon.” You nod. Leon seems to get the idea, pulling himself away from the door to scour through the lockers again— it wasn’t as if he hadn’t checked there before, but it never hurts to look twice. “Let’s just focus on not dying first, yeah?”
“Trust me,” Leon pulls out a box of handgun ammo, rattling it around. Metal clinks against metal from the inside, signifying that, at least, you weren’t cornered for nothing. “I’m thinking about it.”
