Work had kept him pretty busy since his dinner with his parents. He had at least called and tried to stop by when he could even if it was just passing through. He already knew to step carefully in Dark World, but he wasn't worried stepping up to the place Skai now called home.
He was lucky enough to catch her outside and he grinned, "Hey, shorty." He said running his hand through his hair, "how ya been?" He had gotten pretty used to worrying that he was going to wind up punched by the people who had loved him when he left.
He knew he deserved every single one of them too, "I uh.. I got a lot to tell you but I can already tell you're ready to knock the shit out of me."
