After much anticipation, and many kilometres of biking from Oltrepo Pavese, I finally made it back to Chiavri to watch how #bissonabisso ages their sparkling wine under 45meter below sea. Unfortunately, this footage is just what's I was able to recover before I lost my #drone #mavicair to the sea. I don't feel so sad about loosing the drone, but really sad about not being able to share the wonderful experience I had seeing the whole process, specially when it only happens once a year.
