So… Whilst Mrs S was at her fire safety seminar, I lost my damn mind at Book Off today. I don’t know why, but I bought a Navy training manual for electricity. I picked up a George Gershwin songbook, good one. I got a dictionary of Business Terms, and a dictionary of Finance and Investment Terms, just to have as reference books. I’m a nerd like that. I have been collecting Oxford’s Very Short Introduction books, today I found Machiavelli and Marx. As many pundits who randomly rant about Marxism, figured I’d pick up a Cliff’s Notes type summary for my own usefulness. Got a Ted Talk book just because I like Ted Talks. Aside from that, I got a couple records, a Hall and Oats (don’t laugh, you know you like them) record and one I won’t say because it isn’t my wife’s birthday just yet.
